We welcomed the season with our annual Summer Kickoff, making it officially feel like summertime around here! This full-day, off-site get together has become a tradition for our team to reflect on the first half of the year, look ahead to Q3 and soak up some well-deserved sunshine together. From strategic recaps to shared laughs, it’s the perfect blend of planning and play.
This year, we started the morning with our quarterly all-staff meeting, where we reflected on Q1 and Q2 wins, shared updates and aligned on what’s ahead. From standout projects to team milestones, it was a chance to hit pause, celebrate progress and set our sights on the second half of the year.
But once the serious stuff was out of the way? It was time to trade spreadsheets for scorecards. We packed up and headed to the course for a friendly, but competitive, round of golf. Some people brought their A-game… and some people spent way too much time in the grass looking for their golf ball. Either way, it was the perfect way to welcome summer and come together as a team.

And the fun doesn’t stop there—summer hours are officially in effect. Starting the Friday before Memorial Day, our team enjoys a more flexible schedule to make the most of the season. Friday mornings are remote (yes, even from the lake or our favorite sunny patio), and we wrap up the workday early to log off, recharge and make some memories. Trust us, they make great Monday morning stories.
