Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. The Account Executive will work closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and drive business growth. This position is based on-site at our office in Sioux Falls, SD.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’re the strategic bridge between our clients’ dreams and our creative engine. You’ll lead the client side of things—from developing campaigns to managing partnerships—with energy, clarity, and accountability.
- Own end-to-end client relationships: from kickoff to campaign launch and beyond
- Translate client goals into clear briefs, creative direction, and internal alignment
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision—and humor, when needed
- Be the go-to when clients need answers: articulate, upbeat, and ready to collaborate
- Lead presentations, share insights, and deliver results that matter
- Monitor campaign performance, report smartly, and iterate quickly
- Partner closely with strategy, creative, production, and media teams, pushing everything to be sharper, smarter, and more impactful
Who You Are:
You’re a marketing real-worlder—not just a planner—with a knack for discovering what makes brands click. You’re equal parts analytical and creative, grounded but adventurous, and you thrive on making things happen.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, account management, or client services—agency background preferred
- Comfortable toggling between strategy, creative thinking, and client-facing finesse
- Excellent at building trust: you’re a listener, a question-asker, and a follow-through champion
- Strong communicator—in person, in Slack, and in pitches that actually land
- Organized without losing spontaneity—you keep projects on track but never let them get stale
- Bonus: familiarity with campaign reporting, digital media, and performance measurement frameworks
