Caliber is looking to add a Production Manager to our team. This person will be responsible for improving workflow, implementing processes to increase efficiency and engaging the team to adhere to the production schedule. The position is best suited for an individual who would like to grow into a management role with Caliber.
The ability to work with a team and help manage people is a vital component to this role. As a Production Manager, you’ll work very closely with all members of the Caliber team and be expected to keep details straight, watch due dates, coordinate with outside vendors and (politely) crack the whip internally amongst staff. All of this, along with keeping projects flowing smoothly between clients, vendors and the Caliber team. Attention to detail is absolutely crucial. Incredible communication is required. Over-communicating is preferred.
The Production Manager has to love working with people and not be afraid to ask questions, start conversations and think on their feet to solve problems and offer solutions. A positive demeanor is a must as this person will likely be the ‘go to’ person for most of the staff when questions arise. The drive to make Caliber’s team more efficient and profitable is key to longevity in this role.
