Our digital team is expanding. We need someone that loves all things digital and knows how to read, report and explain best recommendations on how to leverage each digital channel in the best way for our clients. Caliber Creative is a growing full-service advertising agency located in Sioux Falls, SD. We’re looking to hire as soon as the right candidate comes through the door.

This role will be the go-to resource for all the team members at Caliber, when digital executions are needed. This position will be included in a variety of projects for a variety of clients. We need someone that can follow client strategy briefs and marketing plans, but also process analytical data to prove our tactics are working and make suggestions on how to better them along the way.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Familiar with scheduling, planning, and organizing social media accounts
-Experience in digital media buying, planning and placement
-Understand integrated marketing across multiple platforms
-Content development experience (copywriting, creative direction, idea curation) 
-Manage and develop digital media plans for all clients 
-Plan and manage editorial calendars 
-Allocate media budgets and project campaign performance 
-Experience in advertising platforms and dashboards such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Spotify, Google and Display Networks 
-Working knowledge of Adobe CS products
-Experience with e-mail marketing campaigns
-Ability to quantify and report on campaign performance
-Understands the value and process of A/B testing
-Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
-Ability to create audiences, monitor budgets, evaluate analytics and track all digital invoices
-Assist and support other team members, as well as work independently
-Great communicator and collaborator inside the office and out
-Knows PPC tactics and a whiz with Google AdWords and Analytics
-Friendly, outgoing personality, even on Monday mornings
-Strong project management skills
-Work on-site
-Tenacious passion for exceeding client expectations
-Familiarity of the Macintosh platform

ROUTINE JOB FUNCTIONS (For Caliber & Clients):

-Populate, maintain and evaluate social media accounts
-Plan editorial calendars for digital marketing projects (newsletters, email marketing, social media accounts, blogs, etc.…)
-Develop content for each digital project as needed
-Review & digest creative briefs and suggest best tactics for digital executions
-Work closely with media buyer to plan & execute on digital media buys
-Build working relationships with digital media vendors & service providers
