As an Account Executive at Caliber, you thrive on client relationships. You’ll be navigating clients on a daily basis through their marketing strategies and ensuring they are informed and excited about the marketing plans we’re executing for them. Account Executives are obsessed with the success of our clients’ businesses and use their knowledge to develop and grow relationships that add value to both, the client and the agency. We are looking for another great teammate first and foremost (we can smell big egos and bad attitudes as soon they enter our office). Beyond that, we’re looking for someone that loves to collaborate; with our internal team, our clients, our vendors, our friends… you get the idea – you need to be an outgoing people-person.

REQUIRED

  • Become the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong active relationships with key clients
  • Manage client expectations and provide conflict resolution
  • Lead strategic brand and marketing planning and execution
  • Manage client budgets and work with internal teams to find solutions to fit client needs
  • Offer new solutions and creative problem-solving
  • Obsessed with details and take ownership of your role
  • Be an amazing teammate and add to the Caliber culture
  • Prepare and present proposals, scope of work documents, and estimates with clients
  • Co-lead project kick-offs, account status, and debrief meetings with the team

  • You have 2-5 years of account management experience in a marketing role
  • You value trust with your team and clients alike
  • You understand the intrinsic value of branding and great marketing overall
  • You’re comfortable under pressure and know how to think on your feet
