THE LATEST:

30th Anniversary and a New Identity System

Recently, our friends at Family Dental Center celebrated their 30th anniversary. Congratulations to them! We helped them celebrate the milestone with an anniversary logo, along with updating their corporate identity package. The new identity package seamlessly fits with the rest of their marketing materials, reinforcing their brand and strengthening their roots in Sioux Falls as the doctors that “make smiles happen.”

A Little Flair For Your Fireworks Display

What’s that? You didn’t spend a mortgage payment on your fireworks display? No worries. Being the good American she is, Kristi has provided you a simple decorative element that is sure to spice up anyone’s artillery. Just download this file, follow the steps, and enjoy. This little buckaroo is ready to fly, and let’s face it we’ve all learned our lesson about setting off fireworks into the toilet, left-over potato salad and your neighbor’s pets.

Happy 4th of July from your friends at Caliber Creative. Stay safe.

*NOTICE: If this cowpoke causes any trouble, it’s not our fault. Blame it on his sweet mustache. Also, he’s flammable.

The Sights of Summer

New work for your viewing delight. Below is the new TV spot for our good friends at Oakridge Nursery & Landscaping in Brandon. With the temps rising, everyone is spending more time outdoors, and the crew at Oakridge sure know how to make your outdoor space your own personal retreat. The next time you’re in need of some landscaping products or services, or maybe just a new plant for your desk, be sure to stop by the nursery in Brandon. I’m betting you could use a little more fresh air anyway.

Ladies & Gentlemen…The Newly Designed ADDY Award

This year, Caliber Creative was asked to help SDAF design a new ADDY Award for the 45th Annual ADDY Awards Show. We gladly accepted the challenge with the only parameter of it had to feel like an award from South Dakota, but still have an artsy flair. After considering multiple options and scenarios (some potentially dangerous), we finally landed on the final concept. A little rugged, yet refined. A little shiny, with some patina. Most importantly, distinguished, in a South Dakota sort of way. Check out a few additional pictures here. Special thanks to our friends at A1-Jet for their fabrication skills.

Our Contribution to “I Make America” Campaign

We were recently contacted by Angus-Palm of Watertown, SD to help them with a documentary style video for their involvement in the “I Make America” campaign, supported by a lot of great companies and people, particularly the Association of Equipment Manufacturers and Mike Rowe. It turned out to be a pretty cool little video, shot “low-fi” documentary style and without much polish, just like the people that keep America running strong. Check out the footage below.
